FACE MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling is performed with a small roller or tip fitted with micro-needles that micro-perforate the different layers of the dermis. These small perforations then lead to a healing process and therefore cell renewal, promoting the production of elastin and collagen.

For who ?

For patients with uneven and dull complexion, blemishes, enlarged pores or acne scars.

What effects and when?

The complexion is more even and luminous, the spots have disappeared and the skin is plumper in the week following the treatment. The effect is prolonged over time and can last a few months after 3 sessions.

What pre-microneedling  instructions ?

  • Avoid sun exposure, waxing or any other exfoliating facials for a week before treatment.
  • Do not have an active herpes simplex rash or any other infection or open sore on the area to be treated.
  • Not having had an ablative laser treatment in the past week
  • Tell your doctor if you have taken Roaccutane in the last 12 months

What post-microneedling instructions ?

  • Apply healing cream several times a day especially if irritation
  • Sunscreen with SPF 50 or avoid sun for 1 week.
  • Resume regular use of Retinol-A, alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) or bleaching creams 1-2 days later.
  • Make-up and sport allowed the next day.
  • One treatment can be done every four to six weeks
