Caroline Polspoel — Operational manager

Pro-active, autonomous, solution-oriented and willing to work, she likes everything that is focused on the human aspect ; while ensuring a good balance between management, ethics and altruism.

Active on the job market as soon as she graduated from the secondary school and graduated in marketing managament, it is quite natural that she turns to assistantship professions in order to bring her organizationnal skills while observing, listening and learning to further develop in different areas.

On the strength of her commitment, she became the manager of the clinic in terms of human resources and operational management in order to be the pledge of an efficient team capable of achieving the set objectives, reducing administrative and management tasks ; and participate in the recruitment of futures employees as well as in the development of the clinic.
